  • Food Quality Issues: If you receive an order that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us immediately. We may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, we will rectify the situation by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placement without any charge. After this period, cancellations will be subject to a fee or may not be eligible for a refund if the preparation has already begun.

2. Process for Refunds and Returns

  • Contact Us: To initiate a refund or return, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos.

  • Resolution: If your request is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, or arrange for a replacement to be delivered as soon as possible.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our products, certain perishable goods that have been tampered with, partially consumed, or not stored as per our guidelines may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Promotional Items: Items purchased during a sale or with a promotional discount may be final and not eligible for a refund unless there is a quality issue.

  • Delayed Delivery: If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, you may contact us for a resolution. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a discount on your next order or a partial refund.
